The Giveaway Sweepstakes (hereinafter “Sweepstakes”) is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Twitter. All inquiries, questions, comments, or complaints should be directed to Sponsor, not Twitter.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. Sweepstakes begins July 27, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. EST, and ends August 3, 2012. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST on August 3, 2012 (the “Sweepstakes Closing Date”). Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

ELIGIBILITY. Employees and agents of Sponsor and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, any other prize sponsor, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household as such individuals, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate or win.

PRIVACY. Your participation in the Sweepstakes is subject to the Privacy Policy Statement and Terms of Use found at www.moneypit.com and contained herein; if you do not agree with the Privacy Policy Statement and Terms of Use, do NOT use either website, provide any personal information on either website or participate in the Promotion. Information collected from online entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy at http://www.moneypit.com/privacy-policy.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION. Except where prohibited, by participating Sweepstakes entrants agree that: all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant(s) and Sponsor and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of New Jersey and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of sucExcept where prohibited, by participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected or illegible entries, or registrations; or for any lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, or
h courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Website. Neither Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from the web site or use of the web site.

DISQUALIFICTION. Sponsor reserves at its sole discretion, the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering (or attempting to tamper) with the registration process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Website, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or entity. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like methods will void all registrations and/or entries affected by such methods, and any participant using such methods will be disqualified. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Sponsor, in its sole opinion, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes,

RIGHT TO CANCEL. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and proceed with the Sweepstakes and the award of prizes in a manner deemed by Sponsor in its sole discretion, to be fair, appropriate and consistent with the spirit of these Official Rules. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on http://www.moneypit.com. In case of dispute, plays/registrations/entries will be declared made/submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used to register for the Sweepstakes. The "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the prizes.

INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS. By participating, all entrants release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor, Squeaky Door Productions, Inc., and each of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, retailers, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this Promotion from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Promotion and/or acceptance or use of the prize, including liability for personal injury, damages, death or monetary loss. Sponsor has neither made, nor is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize; the only warranties being those of the product manufacturer/service provider. Void where prohibited.

GENERAL. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use Winner’s name, hometown, and any statements regarding this contest for editorial, public relations, promotional and advertising purposes on behalf of Sponsor without compensation. Taxes on prizes are sole responsibility of winners. For winners’ names, available after August 1, 2012, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Squeaky Door Productions, Inc., 304 Roosevelt Avenue, Suite 1 Oakhurst, NJ, 07755. Requests must be received no later than November 1, 2012.
