Godminster Blush Elderflower Champagne Cocktail

Serves 1

1 sugar cube
1 - 2 drops Angostura bitters
40ml pomegranate juice
25ml Godminster vintage elderflower vodka
100ml champagne

Place a sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne glass, and add the angostura bitters.
Pour in the pomegranate juice and Godminster vintage elderflower vodka, top with champagne and serve.
